Here's another lovely flounced skirt - all cotton. It ties in the back and the waist is fully adjustable. The monarch butterfly in the picture below does not come with the skirt! My husband collected the caterpillars this summer as a science lesson of sorts for the kids, and this particular butterfly just hatched the day the pictures were taken. Anyway, here are the measurements :
Waist - 38" - will cinch down to any size
Hips - 41"
Length - 38"
